To help M&S Energy transition from challenger brand to major player, I worked alongside a design director on a total brand overhaul. For my part, the project included a strategic deep dive into the market and reasons to believe to establish a new brand positioning of ‘Feel-great energy’, before setting the tone of voice. Copywriting of all collateral followed, including website, emails, POS and guidelines. I’ve since worked on several acquisition and awareness campaigns across OOH, radio, press and social including at key switching time - new year.
