With an ambition to broaden its appeal, M&S Food started an ambitious store renewals programme in 2019. Working with the brief, ‘The mind of a supermarket, the soul of a fresh market’, I was involved in the entire look and feel, and the writing of all POS, 3D graphics and local area marketing campaigns. The result is a vibrant new store with a warm, fun tone of voice, which changes perceptions and feels ‘bigger, better, fresher’.
